Milt Bush, age 79, of Surprise, AZ, passed away at home on April 16th, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, Dustin and Edith, brother Carolan and two nephews, Jim and Mark. He is survived by his loving wife Cathy of 56 years, daughter Vickie and husband Mark, son Chad and wife Heather, grandchildren Zachary and Shelbie, brothers Paul and Wes, sister Sue, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Service at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona and a celebration of life will be held later this fall.
