Naomi Faye Williamson was born Dec 2, 1920 and passed away August 12, 2013. She is survived by her son in law Paul, granddaughter Mara, and great-grandchildren Trenton and Damaris. She was a beloved teacher who taught high school English for more than 30 years, and also a world traveler who visited numerous countries and over 6 continents. Her love of animals was only surpassed by her love for family and friends. She will be missed. Visitation will be at West Resthaven Funeral Home on Saturday Aug 17 from 10:30-11:30am concluding with a sharing of stories and memories. She will be laid to rest at West Resthaven Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave. Glendale. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society or to St. Mary's Food Bank.
