Norman grew up in Glendale where he attended Glendale High School. At the age of 14, Norman began his life career as a plumber/pipefitter apprentice for his mentor, Joe Taylor, owner of Pentacor Piping. Norman joined the UA Local 469 Plumbers and Pipefitters, and through his hard work and strong attention to detail, promoted to journeyman plumber, where he enjoyed mastering his trade. Norman also continued his education taking some college courses in varied fields. Norman was a Washington Redskins fan, loved riding bicycles, and collected firearms.
Norman met the love of his life, Lori, and they had three beautiful children together. Norman’s pride was his children and spending time with them. He loved riding bicycles with them when they were young and teaching them to work with their hands. He always worked to ensure his children had the best opportunities and skills to get the most out of life. He took pride in their hobbies and accomplishments including their high school marching band years. He also cherished his time with each of his grandchildren and watching them grow.
Norman leaves behind his Love Lori; children Christopher, Cynthia (Michael) & Corry; grandchildren Jay, Sonja, Natalie & Tyler; his brother Danny and sister’s Carolyn & Norma Rose.
