A visitation for Octavio will be held Friday, June 16, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A funeral service with interment will take place on Saturday, June 17, 2023, at 1:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home.
