In addition to his mother, Berena he is survived by Christina, children Nevaeh, Destiny and Abraham, and sisters Tracy (Rosario), Jessica and Stephanie and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 5:00PM to 8:00PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home 6450 W. Northern Avenue in Glendale. A funeral mass will be held the following day Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 10:00AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church 5614 W. Orangewood Avenue in Glendale. Ozzie will be laid to rest with his father following services at Resthaven Park Cemetery also in Glendale.
