Patricia May Eklund

Year-round, Patricia loved to spend time with her beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren. During the spring, you could find her soaking up the sun, spending her time outdoors. When summer rolled around, she’d tend to her birds; feeding and watering them as they came and went. During the fall, Patricia might have thought to travel and spend some time exploring as she loved to trek far and wide, her favorite destination being Europe. In the winter, Patricia would watch elk and other wildlife from her window, as she did crafts and decorated for the holidays. Being a caretaker at heart, Patricia is considered home to many, and will be forever be remembered for her warmth.

She is survived by her other half, Richard Quihuis, her children Amy Quihuis, Frank “Eddie” Quihuis, Mike (Kim) Quihuis, and Carlos (Tawny) Quihuis, her grandchildren Gabriel, Hunter, Ashley, Jake, Danielle, Richard, and Lisa, and her great-grandchildren Evelyn, Dezbah, Caroline, Jacey, Neveah, Silas, Quinn, Christian, Charli, Faye, and Carlos.

Services for Patricia were held at West Resthaven Funeral home in late November, and fond memories and sympathies can be shared at the bottom of this page.
