Patricia had grown up in Minnesota and lived in Minneapolis then Glendale AZ, where they shared two children with her first husband, Phillip Axford before moving to Phoenix, Phillip Jr. and Lynn.
Patricia, or more affectionately known as Dee Dee was known as a special person, as she was always kind and thoughtful towards everyone. She was always so giving and helped many other families in her life. She has a lighthearted spirit and always offered unconditional love.
Patricia is predeceased by her second husband, Phillip Swauger of 40 years, and her daughter Lynn, her siblings Mary Janice and James, and her parents.
Patricia is survived by her son Phillip, her siblings Tom, Butch, and Dotti, grandchildren Quade, Alexandria, William, and Elijah, and many wonderful friends.
