Born in Bethlehem Palestine on August 14th 1922, survived by his wife Sophie, of 66 years, 3 sons John, Nabil and Suhail, two daughters Ajia Sahhar and Muna Sahhar, 13 grand children and 9 great grand children. Educated and graduated from the American University of Beirut, School of Public Health, worked in the Supreme Court of Jerusalem until the end of the British Mandate over Palestine. On conclusion he moved to Syria and worked with United Nations Relief Agency. In August of 1966, Peter and his family relocated to Phoenix, AZ USA. There he worked for the Maricopa County Health Services until he retired in 1990. Peter loved family, hunting and going to the mountains. Services; Viewing will be on Thursday December 8th 2011 from 5 pm to 8 pm at West Resthaven Funeral Home located at 6450 W Northern Avenue, Glendale AZ. 85301. Private family graveside service on Friday December 9th 2011 at 1pm. Memorial Service, on Friday December 9th 2011 at 2pm at First Southern Baptist Church located at 10250 N. 59th Avenue, Glendale AZ 85302.
