She was born in Aquila, Colorado on May 14, 1920 to the late Claude and Virginia Munden. Her family moved to Peoria from Colorado in 1929.
Priscilla married Orville Cook on June 5, 1937 they shared 53 years of marriage prior to his death on July 25, 1990.
She was a past President of National Woman’s Club, helped start the Peoria Historical Society, a past Peoria City Councilwoman and a past President of the Cotton Wives. Priscilla was an 80 year member of First Presbyterian Church of Peoria.
She is survived by three daughters Sonja Harris, Dorothy Rigle and Deanna Lewandowski, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband Priscilla was preceded in death by a son Claude Cook and grandson Erik Cook.
A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2PM at First Presbyterian Church of Peoria, 10236 N. 83rd Avenue, Peoria, AZ 85345. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the church.
