Words could never describe how much I loved my tata. I think he was such a big piece of all of us and he's gonna be missed so much. So many memories come to mind when I think about him. One memory in particular that I'll never forget is when my brother Daniel and I were driving with him and we were listening to the heart break hotel, that radio show that catches people in affairs by offering their spouse a hotel stay and bringing a guest with them. Well, this lady's husband invited some random girl to be his guest at the hotel instead of the wife. The wife started going off on him and my tata was like " Woww, busted, disgusted, and can never be trusted" and we all busted out laughing cause it was all out of nowhere lol.

One of the many memories I have of Raul is when he taught me how to play this card game. I didn't know what I was doing, but Raul was telling me to throw this down, hold onto this card. Well I ended up winning all three rounds we played & I remember Raul looking at me, he told me laughing "I think I taught you to well" ... Raul you are definitely missed, you were such a nice man with a funny sense of humor. May you rest in paradise 🕊️

Their are so many memories I could share with you but my favorite is staying up late with him playing cards. He always thought he was slick trying to cheat. He didn't think we would catch him, but when we did he would bust out laughing because he got caught and thought it was funny. I always enjoyed seeing him smile and laugh.

We were in grade school in maybe 3rd or 4th grade. He was waking us up for school. I remember it was cold outside and inside at nana and Tata house on 12th ave. He told us it was snowing outside to hurry before it melted. I woke up so happily cause snow in Phoenix right. I remember running to go see the snow. When I went outside there was none a little disappointed I was, and he then told me April fools and started laughing. I gave him a look and said haha good one Tata.
Man the look on his face that he fooled me, it was a success.
