Renay Dorris

Renay Dorris, 66, entered into eternal peace on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Abrazo Central Hospital.

Renay was born on March 8th, 1951 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to his late father Bernie Glen Dorris and mother Maurine Dorris. He spent his childhood working with his father and younger brother Rick.

He loved the ministry and was faithful to his calling until the Lord took him home. He preached the gospel and his heart’s desire was to see lives changed by Jesus Christ. He was a skilled carpenter and tradesman. His passions were his sons, grandson, his ministry and his love of Mexican food.. He was loved by his family and the countless people that made up his church family.

He is survived by his mother Maurine, his brother Rick (Ann), his four sons: Ryan (35) (Erin), Dalin (33), Dary (31), and Robin (29) and grandson Colin (8).

Viewing will be held April 6th, 2017 from 6pm-8pm at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N. 59th Ave Glendale, AZ.

Celebration of Life will be April 7th, 2017 at Revival Worship Center at 10am. 12207 N. 112th Ave Youngtown, AZ. A graveside service at West Resthaven Cemetery to follow.
