Richard LeRoy Huber, age 76, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Saturday, March 20, 2021. Richard was born May 1, 1944 in Baltimore, Maryland.
A visitation for Richard will be held Monday, March 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM.
