Robin "Rob" Luther Herb

He married Michelle Olson on October 12, 1997. They have shared almost 26 years of marriage.

Rob was one of the kindest, caring, generous men you would have ever met. He also had the best sense of humor and was always joking and had a smile that could brighten your day. Never would anyone who met him, ever say a bad word about him, it’s just how fantastic he was. Rob was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and great grandfather and he will be greatly missed.

He worked and owned the family business D & L Fabricating, Inc. for 45 years. Rob started working for his father in 1978 up until 2000 when he bought him out. His daughter Robin started working with him in 2005 and then eventually bought him out in 2020. He always believed in hard work and even after selling the company, he came in almost every day of the week to handle the estimating.

He is survived by his wife Michelle, five children Robin (Matt) White, Tammy (Isidro) Benavides, Sherry (Brad) Vandervort, Todd (Holly) Olson & Shannon Waldron, his twin brother Ricci and two other brothers Jeff & John. Rob is also survived by 11 grandchildren Peyton, Isabel, Zenaida, Presley, Chanelle, Joshua, Dillan, Bryson, Ryan, Tate, Tucker, and 8 great-grandchildren (with 2 more on the way).

Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Sunday, September 10, 2023, from 4-5 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 5 p.m. at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. In lieu of sending flowers, please send donations to Tyson's Wonder Wheels Zelle 602-405-0312.
