I met this wonderful human being in 1993 soon I arrive in the US first time. She sent me to school no she took me there. She was passing true some hard time in her marriage I remember how focus she was with (Raluca) Elena she was very serious about her education.
A mount later I left Arizona was not the place for me but we remain distant friends and we met again this time with Larry in 2005 or so.
Learning of her passing was very painful to me she was very kind loving, intelligent and she have a very good hard.
Lord Jesus Christ  son of God have mercy on her Soul.

I have known Rodica for more than 25 years and I have beautiful memories about her: loving mother, very ambitious, kind and open person, loyal friend, always smiling.
Raluca, please receive my deepest condolences. And the same to Larry, even if I haven't met him I know he was a loving husband.

I was so sad to hear about Rodica's passing.  She was a wonderful woman, with a lot of passion and patience for the students she worked with.  My condolences to her family.

Rodica introduced me to the love of my life 11 years ago. She was a beautiful, brilliant, fun-loving friend who gave her heart and soul to what she believed in. I am going to miss her laugh and warm hugs. I love you, my friend, always.

I have known Rodica for 15 years and I will miss her smiling face and uplifting spirit. She loved to garden and lucky for us here at work she would often bring in flowers, herbs or fruit from her garden to share with everyone. She was a wonderful person and will be missed by many.

I have never met Rodica but I've worked with Larry for a number of years. My heart goes out to him and his family.

We have known Rodica for close to twenty years. Rodica welcomed my husband, Michael, and me into her family circle in our early years here in Arizona. Rodica was an excellent cook and hostess. She introduced us to many delicious Romanian epicurean delights. When her mother came to America from Romania, there was always a celebration and some 'tasting of the plum', homemade and hand carried from Romania! Rodica's gardens were of legend. We enjoyed fresh produce and herbs throughout the year as a result of her green thumb. We will miss Rodica. Michael and I send our thoughts and prayers to her daughter, her mother, and Larry.

Rodica was one of the kindest people I've ever met.  You will be missed, dearly Rodica.  Dummezeu sa te odihneasca in pace suflet bun.

I've only known Rodica for two years since I started teaching at Estrella Mountain Community College.  In that time she has been my mentor, supervisor, and friend on campus.  She was one of the few fellow Romanians I know in academia.  I will miss glancing up at her window to see if she is in her office so that I can stop by and say 'Hi' and chit chat.  I will miss bumping into her and seeing her smile.  I will miss talking to her.  I will miss her dearly.  My prayers are with her and her family through this difficult time.  It is a sad day when one of the kindest people I've ever met has departed so prematurely.  Dumnezeu sa te odhineasca in pace Rodica.  Ai fost un inger pe pamant.

Rodica was always smiling and laughing when I interacted with her.  I will miss her smile on campus.  Positive thoughts and prayers for Larry and the rest of her family.

Rodica was such a smart, generous, loving woman. This is such a huge loss for everyone that had the privilege to know her.  Her family is in our thoughts and prayers.
