Ruby Mae PORTER
May 10, 1938 – January 17, 2022

Ruby Mae Porter,
Was born May 10th 1938 to James and Violet Chapman. In St. Louis Missouri, and live to the wonderful age of 83.
She was preceded in death by her husband Claud Porter, her parents James and Violet, Her brothers James and Richard and her sisters Rose Marie, Pearl and Doris.
She is survived by her sisters Shirley and Lou, and brothers Charles and Earl.
She had 2 children Teresa and Rex.
6 Grandchildren Chuck, Mandy, Mindy, Elijah ,Isaiah and Annabelle.
8 Great grandchildren Aliyah, Donovan, Travis, Alessandra, Hannah, Imani, Cristian and Jordan.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She was a member of West Phoenix Baptist Church more than 55 years and was very active serving in her church.
She taught Sunday school for the youth in her early years, then later she built a class for the to singles/singles again adults.
She loved singing in the choir and she managed the kitchen for years where she would coordinate church dinners and celebrations.
A memorial service will be held February 12, 2022 at West Phoenix Baptist Church.
