Sally Acuna

Sally Acuna, our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2025, at the age of 94. Born on October 12, 1931, Sally lived a long and beautiful life, surrounded by family and love.

Sally was the heart and foundation of our family—strong, graceful, and full of compassion. She found joy in life’s simple pleasures: dancing, cooking, and opening her home to everyone she loved. Her elegance, kindness, and gentle spirit left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

She is survived by her three children, Jimmy and wife Pat, David and wife Shawn, and Karen. She lovingly embraced her late son-in-law, David Ramirez. Sally took special pride in her eleven grandchildren, twenty-nine great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren, celebrating every milestone and cherishing every shared moment. Sally also leaves behind her four sisters and one brother. She was the oldest of nine siblings and deeply loved each of them.

Sally is now reunited in rest with her loving husband, Jimmy, with whom she shared 63 wonderful years of marriage.

A visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., followed by a celebration of Sally’s life from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Resthaven Park Mortuary & Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, Arizona. Her laughter, love, and welcoming home will forever live in our hearts.
