Shawn Traveller Day “Chicken”, 60, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Friday, January 03, 2020. He was born on May 22, 1959 to the late Bonner Hendrix and Ila Marie Day (Burkhart) in Phoenix, Arizona. Shawn worked as a Steamfitter for the Local UA 469.
Shawn is survived by his loving spouse of 25 years, Sharon Lee Day; Ashley, Nathan Shae; Lowell Green; Manuel, Arianette, Karlea, and Lilianna.
Memorial services will be held between 1:00pm - 5:00pm on Saturday, January 18, at the UA Local 469, 3109 N. 24th St. Phoenix, Arizona 85016. Family members and Union members only
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Shawn’s honor may be made to the family.
