Sophie P. Sahhar, 89, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on February 4, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Peter H. Sahhar. She is survived by her sons, John, Nabil and Suhail Sahhar, daughters, Ajia and Muna Sahhar, 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Sophie absolutely loved the slots and the casino. Even more so, she had a great love for her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will be dearly missed by all those who loved her. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 10, 2012 from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. with Graveside services on Saturday, February 11 at West Resthaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 6450 W.
