Stephanie Chacon, age 13, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2020. Stephanie was born September 15, 2006 in Phoenix, Arizona to Martha Chacon and Jerry Estupinan.

Stephanie is survived by mother Martha Chacon and father Jerry Estupinan; sister Joanna Chacon, brother Victor Chacon, sister Hayli Chacon and sister Aaliyah Estupinan; grandmother Maria Chacon, grandfather Jose Estupinan and grandmother Luz Maria Estupinan.

Stephanie also leaves to cherish her memory the rest of her extended family and countless friends.

A visitation for Stephanie will be held Friday, July 31, 2020 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary, 7924 North 59th Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM.
