

Tamera (Tammy) Kay Gravitt, 64, of Kingman, Arizona, went to be with the Lord on February 26, 2023, after a long-fought battle with illness. She is preceded in death by her father, Lee Roy Mills and her mother, Rosalie Annette Snyder.
Tammy is survived by her husband, Marvin Gravitt, of Kingman, Arizona, her brother, Timothy Mills and wife Trudy of Roff, Oklahoma, four children Thomas Ariola and wife Carolyn, Jennifer Ariola, James Ariola and wife Tonya, Zeke Gravitt and fiancé Emily, along with eight grandchildren: Sierra, Sarah, Madison, Kassidy, Samantha, Cody, Kaitlin, and Serenity, and three great-grandchildren Bella, Jackson, and Charlotte, all of Phoenix, AZ, and numerous friends.
Tammy was born on February 1, 1959, in Ypsilanti, Michigan where she spent her early childhood. Later, her family moved to Peoria, Arizona, where she attended Peoria High School and was an active cheerleader. Tammy worked for Honeywell Aerospace as a sheet metal mechanic where she was highly skilled at repairing components for commercial and defense aircraft.
A Godly woman, Tammy loved the Lord and treasured spending time with her family and friends. Later in life, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren became one of her greatest joys.
A visitation for Tammy will be held Thursday, March 9, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home (6450 W. Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301). A funeral service with Pastor Troy McCarty officiating will take place Friday, March 10, 2023, at 9:00 AM at West Resthaven Funeral Home.
