Teresa Clemans

Born in Arizona on November 5, 1968, Teresa lived her life with a warmth that was impossible to miss. Her smile, her laughter, her gracious spirit, and her genuine love for others made everyone around her feel welcomed and cared for. She was a woman of God whose faith was not simply something she spoke about, but something she lived through the way she loved, served, and encouraged those around her.

Teresa found great joy in serving others. One of the places closest to her heart was CCV in Scottsdale, where she and her husband, Jeff, volunteered together every Sunday. Serving alongside her husband was something she treasured, and it reflected the generous heart she carried throughout her life.

Above all else, Teresa was devoted to her family. She was a loving wife to her husband, Jeff Clemans, and a devoted mother to her two children, Hunter and Halle Knowlton. Her children were her greatest accomplishment and one of her deepest sources of joy and pride. She was endlessly proud of the people they had become and cherished every opportunity to love, support, and celebrate them.

She leaves behind her beloved husband, Jeff; her children, Hunter and Halle; step children Josh, Justin and Tyler; one grandchild and three step grandchildren; and a countless number of family members, friends, and individuals whose lives were made brighter simply because Teresa was part of them.

A Visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, US, on August 18, 2026, at 9:00 am. The Funeral Service will follow at 12 pm.
