Terry Dick Eichorn, a 62-year resident of the Phoenix area, and retired Vice President of R. J. Ruff and Company, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2019 in Phoenix, Arizona, with his loving wife, Linda and daughter Penny, by his side. Terry was born in Morrill, NE on March 13, 1941 to Henry and Esther. The family moved from Nebraska to Arizona in the spring of 1957 where he met his wife and best friend, Linda, at a church social in 1959. They married on April 15, 1960, and welcomed three daughters, Connie, Penny and Pamela. He was devoted to his family, his job and loved the Lord and Jesus Christ his Savior. Growing up on a farm, Terry knew the value of hard work and carried that value his entire life. He carried this work ethic, an eagerness to learn and excel, into his career, rising to Vice President at R.J. Ruff and Company, a steel fabrication company in Phoenix, where he retired in 2012. Terry was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed family camping trips, fishing at Lake Pleasant and Lake Ashurst. He also enjoyed hunting and loved to travel. He was also a gifted hobby man, creating, designing and implementing many home improvement projects around the home. He loved country music and was a true cowboy at heart, wearing his boots, jeans and western shirts daily. Terry is preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Esther Eichorn, and sister, Ruth Floth.
