Born and raised in Alabama, she later moved to Tennessee, then to Arizona in 1959 where she worked as an accounts payable/receivable clerk until her retirement. In addition to her job outside the home, she was an excellent homemaker and caregiver.
Jane enjoyed going to church, spending time with family and friends, going shopping, dining out, reading, listening to classic country and country gospel music and watching football. She will always be remembered as a loving and devoted wife and mother, and a beloved member of a large Southern family.
Jane is preceded in death by her first husband, Ira Hall, and her second husband, Hubert Patton. She is survived by her daughter April Hall (Gary Fabbri) and her stepson Gary Patton (Wanda). A celebration of her life will be held at Apollo Baptist Church, 11611 N. 51st Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85304 on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. Donations may be made in her name to the church
