Trina Mendez-Schulz was born March 16, 1971 in Prescott, Arizona. She was born to Juan and Gwenith Mendez. Trina passed away September 26, 2015 in Phoenix, Arizona. She is survived by her daughters Ashley Williams and Kolleen Mendez.
