A devoted husband, father, and grandfather. Vincent is survived by his wife Margarita Salazar, sons David, Steven, and Michael Salazar, daughters Sylvia, and Michelle Salazar, 22 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and sisters Terry Rodriguez & Priscilla Rios. Vincent was preceded in death by Vincent Salazar.
Vincent found joy in simple, meaningful pastimes—especially fishing—and he took great interest in sports, faithfully cheering for his favorite team, the Diamond Backs. His steady loyalty, whether to family, work, or the teams he followed, was a reflection of the enduring character that made him so beloved.
A member of the Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, Vincent lived his faith with humility and constancy. He was widely regarded as the foundation of his family—a man of few words, yet a pillar of strength whose presence held others together. His life leaves a legacy of devotion, resilience, and quiet, guiding wisdom that will be remembered with deep respect and lasting gratitude.
Visitation will be held at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 West Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, on June 8, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church, 3140 N 51st Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85031, on June 9, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Committal Service will be held at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301, on June 9, 2026, from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm.
