Age 89, of Glendale, passed away August 11, 2011. Virgil was born on August 18, 1921 in Gregory, SD. He is survived by his beloved wife of 64 years, Anna; 7 children, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 brother. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, August 15 at the Glendale First United Methodist Church, 7102 N. 58th Drive, Glendale. Interment will follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W. Northern Ave., Glendale. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorials to the Glendale First United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Valley.
