Virginia U. Amarillas, 86, of Glendale, Arizona, passed away on December 9, 2021. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ralph E. Amarillas, her children Ralph Amarillas Jr., Norma Hernandez, Michael Amarillas, her brother Frank “Pancho” Ulloa, and her grandchildren Jimmy Amarillas and Andrea Pacheco.
She is survived by her children Bobby Amarillas, Linda Escobar (Darnell), Cathy Amarillas, Stevie Amarillas, Peggy Ramirez (Jack), Dorina Pacheco (Danny), Paul Amarillas (Valerie), and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to a viewing on Monday, December 27, 2021 from 4-8PM at West Resthaven Funeral Home, 6450 W. Northern Avenue, Glendale. There will be a scripture service beginning at 7PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at 10AM at St. Louis the King Catholic Church, 4331 W. Maryland Avenue, Glendale, AZ. Burial will follow in Resthaven Park Cemetery.
