

Avimelk was born in Hamadan, Iran to the late Ezaria and Mariam Isayo the youngest of five children.
Avimelk is survived by his wife Najibeh Isayo of 50 years, daughter Romina Isayo, son Ramsin Isayo and by his 4 grandchildren: Alex, Kathy, Isabel and Vivian and brother Avigham.
Avimelk was a loving father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone. He was generous, funny, adventurous and stubborn to a fault. He loved good food and good company. He was always talking to his friends and family on the phone. He spent his time gardening, camping, watching tv and enjoying his retirement.
In 1960, he began his lifetime career in the transportation industry working tirelessly as a Truck Driver for almost 60 years but was forced to give up his career due to his health. In 2009, he achieved the highest level of recognition from Werner for having driven 1 million miles accident free award.
The funeral will be held at St. Pauls Assyrian Chaldean Church on October 11, 2021 at 9am to be followed with being laid to rest at Eternal Valley Memorial Park & Mortuary in Newhall, CA.
