Frances was born on July 7, 1930 in California and grew up in Glassell Park. She attended St. Bernard Elementary School and Holy Family High School in Glendale. She was a leader in young adult ministry before her marriage to Joseph Patrick Mullen of Alberta Canada, her husband of over 50 years.
Frances became a parishioner of Holy Family, Glendale, in 1957, where she worked earnestly and long for the support of the schools and the church. She was a wonderful and devoted mother and is survived by nine children, fourteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Waiting for her in heaven are her husband, Joseph, and her 5th child, Riley, who died in infancy.
She went home to her Lord, peacefully, on Monday morning, July 12, 2021.
