It is with a heavy heart that our family announces the passing of Jonathan Garcia, β€œJonny”, on Saturday September 5, 2020 at the age of 32 years. A native of Los Angeles, California, Jonathan graduated from North Hollywood High School in 2005 and a few years later obtained his Radiology Technician certification.

He was hard-working at various jobs, but what kept him going was his love of music and the arts, with an emphasis on street art. He had a talent, which showed through his own tattoos and other mediums and dreamed of one day perusing it as a career.

He is survived by his mother, Laura Garcia, sisters, Irma Hoenes, Silvia Stieb, and Christina Farrow. 5 nieces and nephews and 3 great nieces and nephews.

Jonathan will also be forever remembered by his numerous cousins, extended family and dear friends.

We will miss his smile, creativity and story telling abilities that always made us laugh. No matter where Jonathan was in life, he always made time for his mother and family.

A funeral service in memory of Jonathan will be held on September 28th, followed by his final resting place in the family plot at Forest Lawn.
