Dear Bobby & Family,
Please accept our sincerest condolences in the passing of your beautiful and beloved wife, mother, and our dear friend Nina.
I first met you and Nina circa 01/1984, when I transferred from NCIS Boston to NCIS Subic Bay where  you and I became colleagues and close friends.
We had many exciting, and sometimes dangerous operations together in the Philippines and Thailand, and but we always knew that Nina and Celia were at home keeping our families safe during our adventures.
I will always remember that Nina treated Celia with love and utmost respect, and how devoted a wife and mother Nina was to you and your children. You were all so blessed with her gracefulness, kindness, beauty and so were we.
Nina was a precious gem from the Philippines, a Southeast Asia country where God, family and country- pride prevailed and friendships lasted forever, regardless of the passing of time. 
It was not by chance that Celia and I married on Nina's birthday April 14, and that our love and friendship with Nina, you and your family has continued for the past 39 years. It was destined to happen!
