Rey is survived by his significant other Minda Villanueva, his mother Lolita L. Bayona, brother
Jose Rommel Bayona, sister Eli Grace B. Carabeo, nephew Carlo Eliczar B. Carabeo, nieces Charlyne Arajoy B. Carabeo, Jacqueline Anne M. Bayona, and Janelle Rose M. Bayona. He was preceded in death by his father Virgilio A. Bayona.
A memorial service for Rey will be held Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at GLENDALE FUNERAL HOME, 511 South Central Avenue, Glendale, CA 91204. A cremation will occur.
