

Sally Miller was a force of love and light in this world. From her long nursing career (caring for families with HIV and AIDS, USC, St. Luke’s); to her active membership and leadership in her church community at St. Elizabeth’s; to her commitment, loyalty, and unremitting generosity to her friends and family, Sally always found a way to share her boundless love for people. A constant beacon of light, she always knew just what to say and do in times of need, whether a warm hug for the lonely, a bright smile for the sad, or cheerful words of wisdom for the hopeless. She taught us the meaning of true self-sacrifice and showed us what it really looks like when you give all of yourself to the world and people around you. As Maya Angelou said “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” And Sally made us feel loved. Sally Miller will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Born March 23rd 1954, she passed away Oct 24th 2015 and is survived by her two children, Eric and Elizabeth Baldetti; her sister Peggy Moore (David); and brother James Miller (Patrice).
