Carmen Smith, of Ridgewood, New York, passed away on February 10th 2012. Carmen is survived by her beloved husband Chuck, adoring daughter Nicole, loving parents Josef and Else Kern and her dearest brother Helmuth Hader. Visitation is today Monday from 2:00 - 5:00 PM and 7:00 - 9:00 PM. Mass of Christian Burial Tuesday 9:45 AM at Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal RC Church 62-81 60th Place, Ridgewood, New York. Interment took place at Linden Hill Cemetery.
