Curt lived a long life, full of friendship and love. He wasn't a serious guy and as such, he never wanted a serious funeral. Instead, he asked us all to remember him by celebrating the little things that he had enjoyed during his own life. His interment will be on Friday, February 21st, 2025. We hope that wherever you are, you will join us that day by doing one or all of these small things he asked us to do in his memory. If you do, please share your memories here or with his family.
• Eat mustard (on a turkey sandwich, pastrami sandwich, hot dog, pretzel, or anything else)
• Have a plate of spaghetti and meatballs
• Wear a Hawaiian shirt
• Listen to Chuck Mangione (Children of Sanchez album) or some big band music by Beegie Adair
• Drink a gin and tonic (the less ice, the better).
• His favorite non-alcoholic option would be a blood orange soda.
• Read something by his favorite authors Terry Pratchett or P.G. Wodehouse
