My condolences to Mable's family. I didn't know Mable long, but in the short time I did know her it was  wonderful. She was extremely sweet and had a very loving a caring way about her. Her love for her beautiful cat patches is something that was so heart warming to see. May you rest peacefully 🙏🏻

In Loving Memory of Mabel L. Baffa

Mabel L. Baffa, born April 5, 1933, passed away peacefully at the age of 93, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, love, and stories that will forever be cherished by her family and friends.

Mabel lived life on her own terms. She loved to travel, enjoyed a day at the casino, and never missed the excitement of horse betting. She had a special place in her heart for animals, especially her beloved cats and, of course, all the dogs. Her love for them was just one of the many things that showed the warmth and tenderness beneath her strong personality.

She enjoyed the simple pleasures that made life special — a glass of Riesling, a good meal at Don Peppe, a trip somewhere new, and time spent with the people and animals she loved. She had a personality all her own, and anyone who knew Mabel will remember her for the stories, the laughter, the opinions, and the unmistakable presence she brought into every room.

At 93 years old, Mabel leaves behind a legacy of memories that will continue to live on through the family who loved her. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit, her humor, and the many little pieces of her that she left with each of us will never be forgotten.

And when we think of you now, we can only hope that you are somewhere peaceful, reunited with those who went before you.

In loving memory, Mabel was so much more than a resident of Glendale. She was a wife to the love of her life Vinny and they had a son Danny who had the  Bluest eyes just like Mabel’s father did, who she also adored.  Her next great loves were her animals.  She took in many, many pets over the years.  They all know whose house to go to for a good meal.       She enjoyed making ceramics for many years, still displaying them in her iconic holiday window displays that we all loved.  She had great excitement when she had the chance to visit the casino and play penny slots.  She could stretch 20 bucks for three hours on one machine.  
Her spirit was quick whitted, with a strong spirit that never gave up.  Even on her most challenging days….she got dressed, did her hair and nails and pushed forward.  She  always had the best life advice and wisdom to share from her many years in this world.     You will be missed.

So happy we were able to share holidays, birthdays and milestones with you throughout the years those are now precious memories! Miss you already but take comfort you are with Danny Boy again!
