A visitation for Phillip will be held Sunday, May 15, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Werst & LaBella Funeral Home, 71-41 Cooper Ave, Glendale, NY 11385. A funeral service will occur Monday, May 16, 2022 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Pancras Church-Glendale, 72-22 68th Street, Glendale, NY 11385. A committal service will occur Monday, May 16, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at St. John Cemetery, 80-01 Metropolitan Avenue, Middle Village, NY 11379.
