Rafael was known for his contagious smile and ability to brighten any room he entered. He was a servant leader who treated everyone with respect, kindness, and sincerity. His warm smile, generous heart, and vibrant spirit will be remembered by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Above all, Rafael cherished his family. He was a devoted husband to Nereida, a loving father to Rafael Jr., Nicholas, Arlene, and Michael, and a proud grandfather to Kayla, Tiffany, Timothy, Nicholas Jr., Jazmin, Greyson, Ethan, Evan, Hunter, and Mason. His love, guidance, and unwavering support will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind, along with many extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives he touched.
Though Rafael's presence will be deeply missed, his joyful spirit, generosity, and countless cherished memories will remain with his family and friends forever. His legacy of kindness, laughter, and love will continue to inspire those who knew him.
A celebration of Rafael's life will be held on August 1, 2026, at Werst & LaBella Funeral Home from 6-9 PM. Family and friends are invited to gather to honor his memory and celebrate a life well lived.
