It’s been a year brother, and you are still missed by everyone. Rest in peace my friend!

Bobby is remembered today and on so many random days alike.  I still look to him for strength, compassion, humility and humor. Let’s not forget his essence-  he was humorous and light-hearted. He brought “big deals” back down to scale. And, upon pondering, you knew he was right and suddenly felt better (and wondered why you allowed things to needlessly escalate in the first place). Oh, Bobby. You’ll never be forgotten- that I can promise you.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Feliciano family. I hope you are all well.

Condolences to the Feliciano family.  Our Brother in Blue was called home too soon, he will surely be missed but never forgotten.  I often referred to Bobby as the “Quiet Man” .  His silence denoted strength. People listened when he spoke. He was sincere, truthful and compassionate. He was truly a gentleman who leaves behind a legacy of friendship, something lacking in todays world.  He possessed an unbridled enthusiasm for life. Whether it was work, family or friends he was passionate. Perhaps a little to passionate when it came to his beloved Mets!  I feel both honored and privileged that Bobby considered me a friend.  The highest honor that one can bestow on a fellow officer is a simple statement, he was a Cops Cop!! And that you were!! EOT Rest In Peace Brother.

We met 15 years ago and you were always my first call to get me out of a jam with covering a spot for a security gig or to get that much needed arrest report.  We spoke all hours of the day and night and you always answered no matter how busy you were. I appreciate all your wisdom and I hope to be half the man you were. Until we meet again my friend!

Bobby you were truly one of a kind and what all of us should strive to be. It seems like yesterday, but it was long ago, when you were always stopping in on me, the new guy, and offering your welcomed and sage advice. God speed and Rest In Peace gone too soon,  but many of us are undoubtedly better to have even known you. 💙

My deepest condolences to those most affected by the loss of Mr. Robert Feliciano (Bobby). Loss is quick and tragic, true healing a slow and lengthy process. May all that loved him find comfort in knowing he no longer suffers the mundane but now truly rests in peace. He will continue to share his love from above, sitting in his rightful seat, next to our Lord, smiling down upon us with brilliance and grace. And, our remembrance of his being will sustain his spirit, the pact between the earthly and the heavenly; his glory assured, as he will forever live in the hearts and minds of those that knew and loved him. 

As described by all who knew him, Bobby was a wonderful  human being. His passing hurts us deeply, in part, because we, consciously or subconsciously, know that a sample of God's goodness here on earth has been taken from us. May his memory remind us to be as kind, loving, funny, dedicated, empathetic and bright as Bobby.

I had the pleasure of meeting Robert, when I visited Jorge at the security school.  He was always a pleasure to talk too. Rest in peace brother.

My heart is broken. Mr. Feliciano was one of the most generous individuals I've known. He started off as my boss and quickly became someone I considered a friend. He will be truly missed. Rest in Peace my friend.

We are devastated at the loss of our dear friend Roberto, the Warrens and the Felicianos were so close growing up, we lived on Suydam and they lived on Hart st  as kids we used to talk to each other from our backyard and they would be on the fire escape, Lalo was my best friend and music buddy so many memories, Roberto was so cool, I'm at a loss for words right now but condolences to the family and God bless, Roberto will be dearly missed.

Bobby, my mentor and best friend! Your kindness, Patience & perseverance in service & work ethic served as a model to many!
