Walter Kornichuk, of Glendale; passed away on May 29th 2015 at 91 years of age. The widowed Mr. Kornichuk was born in Queens and served in the U.S. Merchant Marine during the Second World War. Walter is survived by his beloved niece, Deborah Calabrese. A Mass of Christian burial will take place Saturday (June 6th), 9:30am at Saint Pancras R.C. Church. Interment to follow at All Faiths Cemetery, Middle Village, NY.
