A. Mildred Proctor, 96 years old, of Boulder, CO passed away on Monday, January 23nd, 2017. She survived by her aka daughter and son in law, Cindy & Terrance O’Neill, and her aka granddaughter Tiffany and great aka grandchildren Dylan, Faith & Alivia. Services will be held on Thursday, January 26th, with a Viewing at 9am, Funeral Service at 10am at South Broadway Church of Nazarene in Boulder with a burial to follow at Fort Logan.
