Blake had a poetic gentle spirit. He was not a quiet man. Blake made a statement that he was here and he wanted everyone to know when he left this planet. There was nothing Blake couldn't do without a fighting spirit whether it be landing a job the same day of an interview or writing rhyme and performing on stage. He could surpass his peers in creative talent pouring out of content with rhyme that emanated truth that would sting like a bee. His collaborative element was shared with friends who fondly appreciated his sponsor-ship and mentoring role in the rap world.
The thing was that Blake was too sensitive for this world when it came to his creative expressions around those he loved. He would pour out his inner self for hours onto paper perfecting his craft. His emotions were forever exposed in black and white with pen and paper. Blake was a no-nonsense kind of guy who wanted to grab life by the balls, who was a pioneer, who despised the hypocrisies of life. When he loved, he loved deeply with all his passion and with all his heart and especially with those he loved. Blake was sometimes a vulgar man but he used this to shade his contempt and conflict with life.
Blake grew up in the small town of Golden that he both loved so much but equally hated when times were tough. Taken in the prime of his life by his own hand is a statement that Blake did things his own way without permission. Blake (Blaze) as he sometimes liked to be referred left a deep chasm of his own pain to those he loved and left behind. These wounds will take their toll and heal in their own time with faith in God. Blake was both deeply tormented by life and loved living fast and furious. He will be missed and remembered by many forever.
