Virginia Ann Robinson

Virginia "Gigi" Ann Robinson, age 74, passed away peacefully Tuesday May 31, 2016 at Brookdale Green Mountain in Lakewood Colorado, a caring and loving senior care community, near her home. She was the second born child of William F. Robinson and Anna J. John. From her birth in Amarillo, TX, on June 30, 1941 she nourished people around her with love, faith, music and laughter. Gigi's special interests and hobbies included raising a family, attending church, dancing, horticulture, cooking and foreign languages. Some of her favorite times out were to attend live events and watch her grandchildren participate in sports and music. Gigi truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; chatting with friends and family, snacking, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Gigi left a tremendous impact on her immediate family and she will be dearly missed. She is survived by her brother Rob Robinson and wife Ann of Palo Alto, CA; sister Mary Polk and husband Bill of Richardson, TX; daughters include Ann Medellin and husband Ron Blessinger of Portland, OR, Sara Greenlee and husband Chad of Bailey, CO; grandchildren include David and Steven Sanchez of Lakewood, CO, and Daniel and Erinn Blessinger of Portland, OR. Private services will be held in Colorado, July 2016.
