Andre Bercegeay

Andre Bercegeay, a resident of St. Amant and a native of Baton Rouge passed away at his home on February 18, 2022 at the age of 76. He was a loving son, husband, father, and grandfather. He proudly served in the United States Navy. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Pauline Babin Bercegeay; daughters, Tina Bercegeay Barton (Ray) and Tonya Bercegeay Wood; son, Andre Bercegeay Jr.; brothers, Aruther Bercegeay Jr. (Wanda Faye) and Bernard Bercegeay; grandchildren, Casey Bateman (Leah), Trey Bercegeay, Danielle Barton Villar (Nicky), Jesse Bateman, and Tyler Barton (Rachel); and great grandchild, Leonel Bateman. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Bercegeay Sr. and Agnes Ellen Kling Bercegeay and his sister, Margaret Bercegeay Arnold. Pallbearers will be Trey Bercegeay, Tyler Barton, Casey Bateman, Jesse Bateman, Shawn Bercegeay, and Daniel Arnold, Honorary pallbearers, Ronnie Delatte and Brad Delatte. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 23, 2022 from 5 pm till 8 pm and on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 9 am till 11 am at Ourso Funeral Home 13533 Airline Hwy, Gonzales, La.
