Armand "Marc" Marcell Marchand, IV

Funeral Services will be conducted for Mr. Armand "Marc" Marcell Marchand, IV, age 45, at 11:00 am Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at New River Baptist Church with Bro. Wayne Talley officiating. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm on Tuesday. Visitation will resume on Wednesday at New River Baptist Church starting at 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. A resident of Gonzales, Marc passed away at 1:23 am on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He was a fleet supervisor at Parish of Ascension over the mechanic shop. Marc was a person who would do anything for anybody and a friend to so many. He will greatly be missed by all, especially his family. He is survived by his sons, Justin Lee Marchand and fiancée Diane D. Falgout, Armand "L'il Marc" Marcell Marchand, V and companion Melisa Persad, and Mason Corey Marchand; step-children, Anthony James Aime, Sadie Aime Scott and husband Ronald Kelly Scott, Jr., Tristan Paul Letulle; parents, Armand "Rue" Marcell Marchand, III and Audrey Dixon Marchand; brother, Michael Lee Marchand and wife Aimee; niece, Deanna Elizabeth Marchand; and grandchildren, Ayden Lee Marchand and Raycen Kelly Scott. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Armand M. Marchand, Jr. and Elsie Perry Marchand; maternal grandparents, Forest Lee Dixon and Mabel Glasscock Dixon and grandson, Justin Lee Marchand, Jr. Pallbearers will be Justin Lee Marchand, Armand "L'il Marc" Marcell Marchand, V, Jason Dixon, Jerry Dixon, John T. Tullos and Lou Ambeau. Mason Corey Marchand, Dale Guidry, Earl Penalber and Michael Lee Marchand will serve as honorary pallbearers.
