Bambi Guidry

Bambi Guidry, 46, of Prairieville, passed away Aug. 10, 2016 while enjoying a cruise with her family, she lost her battle to cancer. Bambi was born in Baton Rouge, graduated from Tara High School in Baton Rouge, worked all her life in the mortgage industry and was employed with GMFS Financial for the past several years.

Mrs. Guidry leaves behind to cherish her memory; her husband Randy Guidry, her sons Blake Guidry, Evan Guidry, Austin Guidry, step sons Scott Guidry and Steven Guidry. Her mother Leona Hodges, sisters Mary Hodges, Annette Phillips and Julie Hodges. Her brothers Doc Hodges, Wesley Hodges and Chris Hodges and 2 grandchildren.

Mrs. Guidry is preceded in death by her daughter Magan Ann Bryant, her father Samuel Hodges, and her brother Jason Hodges.

Visitation will be held at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 9:00am until 1:00pm and continue at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30pm; followed by entombment at Hope Haven Garden of Memory in Prairieville. Family and Friends are invited to gather for a reception at Ourso Funeral Home, Gonzales following entombment.
