Bernice E Aderholt

Born on July 5, 1936, and married to Frank Aderholt, they raised four children together.

She found joy in life's simple pleasures and filled her days with the things she loved most. An avid reader, she could often be found with a good book in hand, always eager to discover a new story or learn something new. She had a special gift for nurturing outdoor plants, creating beautiful gardens that reflected her patience, care, and appreciation for nature. She also delighted in shopping, whether searching for the perfect gift, finding a treasured bargain, or simply enjoying time spent browsing with family and friends. Her kindness, gentle spirit, and love for life's everyday moments will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank, and survived by her children, Vicky Orcino (Tony), Larry Aderholt (Melanie), Richard Aderholt, and Pam Aderholt, as well as 6 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Ms. Bernice will be held at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales, LA on Thursday, July 2, 2026, beginning at 9:00 AM, with a Celebration of Life Service to follow at 11:00 AM. The Committal Service will take place afterwards at Louisiana National Cemetery in Zachary, LA.
