I had the privilege of working with Betty on the CLUB Team at BellSouth. She was a very kind, smart, and beautiful lady. I have fond memories of our yearly conferences where we had the chance to visit with each other, The year it was held in New Orleans, she was an excellent tour guide of the City. Lots of excitement, laughs, and memories.

So sorry to hear of Betty’s passing but rejoicing for her gain. Hang on to God’s promise; you will see her again. Praying His comfort and peace in the days ahead.

Sissy, was my best friend during our growing up years. From little girls to coming of age and beyond. She let me always be the leader. Sissy was a giver - never a taker.
I can’t help but think how true the song, A Wind Beneath My Wings, applies to us as kids: You were content to let me shine, that's your way. You always walked a step behind. So I was the one with all the glory, while you were the one with all the strength. A beautiful face without a name for so long. A beautiful smile to hide the pain. Did you ever know that you're my hero, and everything I would like to be?
I thank God for you.
