Brent Wayne Watts 44, of Colyell, La passed away on August 20, 2024, surrounded by family and friends. He was born on October 2, 1979, in New Orleans, La. He was a loving son, father, grandfather, husband and friend. He is survived by his father and mother Randy and Billie Watts, Ex-wife and best friend Tonya Hano Watts, In-laws Maureen, and Bird, and fur babies Titan and Jeaux. Numerous family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his wife April Webb Watts, grandparents Melton and Murnell Watts, Clinton and Henrietta Averett, and numerous family members. A celebration of life for Brent will be held at Colyell Baptist Church on Thursday, August 22, 2024, with visitation from 5 pm - 8 pm. Visitation will begin again on Friday, August 23, 2024, from 9 am -11 am the funeral will begin at 11 am and will be conducted by Pastor Jeremy Glascock. Burial will follow at Colyell Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers are Clint Ardoin, Joseph Frazier, Brian Ortego, Corey Ortego, Michael Ortego, Blake Keller and David Dalgo. Arrangements have been trusted to Ourso Funeral Home.
