Cecil "Doc" Wayne Anderson a native of Prairieville, LA and resident of Prairieville, LA died on December 18, 2022 at his home at the age of 72. He was a Vietnam veteran, serving in the Navy. He is survived by one sister, Laverne Moore; his special little dude, Brody Dedon; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by life partner, Sue Teel; his parents, Elhart Anderson Sr., and Leona Villar Anderson; four brothers, Honor Ray, Elhart Jr., James (Jimmy) , and Clyde ( Buddy) Anderson; four sisters, Alice (Pookie) Buratt , Earline Elisar, Joann Guedry, Rosalie ( Mankie) Gill. The family would like to give a special thanks to St. Joseph Hospice for all of their love and care.
